Highly recommended. The views were fantastic and the place very well done up, very clean,
with modern amenities and comfortable. Very picturesque surroundings with great views of meadows
and Lake Lucerne. It’s like heaven. Svetlana and Florian are one of the nicest people we have ever met.
Please book and stay with them! We can’t think of even better things to say about them.

Meu jeito de agradecer Svetlana e Florian é falar o que realmente é, porque tivemos
uma estadia excelente, nosso meio de comunicação foi um pouco difícil porque meu
inglês é zero! Mas eles sempre muito cuidadosos conosco em tudo realmente eu
amei! Casa impecável, não deixaram faltar nada! No ano novo Os dois tiveram o
cuidado de nos preparar uma raclette digna da Suíça 👏🏻 sinceramente vão conhecer
a casa e eles vale muito a pena 😍 Obrigada por tudo e pela a dedicação para com
a gente, até ao final!!!!

我们在Svetlana&Florian的民宿住了两晚,在后续的旅行中一直对民宿周围绝佳的景色､
主人热情的招待念念不忘,虽然民宿是有百年历史的山上的老房子,但是经过Svetlana&
和Florian的重新装修和细心的维护保持着非常好的状态,住着暖和舒服,在房间内即可通
过窗户眺望卢塞恩湖和周围的群山,厨房用具齐全,Svetlana还准备了泡面和意大利面,
并帮我们代购新鲜的蛋和牛奶｡Florian也是一位专业的滑翔伞教练,可以找他体验滑翔
伞的乐趣｡

Very nice place with mind-blowing view of the lake and mountains. This was a great
opportunity to experience the authentic country-side lifestyle (no city noise and rush).
Another great advantage, it's only 25 minutes from Villa Honegg spa (with famous
infinity pool). The unit was neat and clean which was very important for us. Svetlana
and Florian were very nice and we felt welcomed.

Wir waren zum Paragliden angereist. Eine Dependence befindet sich in der Nähe
und Florian ist ein hervorragender Pilot. Die historische (teilweise 400 Jahre alte)
Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet. Frühstück mit Blick auf den Vierwaldstätter See
und Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem See haben uns begeistert.
Svetlana+Florian sind perfekte Gastgeber. Wir führen alle ein stressiges Leben und
haben die Ruhe und Schönheit von Haus und Umgebung sehr genossen und uns in
der kurzen Zeit super erholt.

This home is a perfect getaway place with an amazing view and great hospitable
hosts. You can see that Svetlana and Florian put their heart and soul in the house
and they offer you amazing place to stay together with all stories and also travel tips.
House was sparkling clean whe we arrived and comfortable beds and fresh air are
perfect combination for a good sleep. Location close to Luzern is great. you can
reach many sights without beeing stuck in city traffic.

Op deze plek logeer je echt in de bergen. Wat een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en
het meer. Wij zijn geen bergen gewend in Nederland en hier krijg je het gevoel dat je
je eigen plek hebt op de bergen. Je kunt gaan en staan waar je wilt zonder dat je
andere stoort. Heerlijk de berglucht opsnuiven.

It’s too bad one can only give 5 stars, because Svetlana and Florian’s home really is
worthy of more. First off, the view... one of the most picturesque places I’ve ever
stayed in my life. Second, Svetlana and Florian are super sweet, and truly helped us
feel at home. It’s a 200+ year old farmhouse that has been updated very well for
modern living... kitchen is spacious (with just about everything labeled, making it
super easy to find whatever you need), shower is amazing with plenty of hot water,
beds are extremely comfortable, and both TV and WiFi work well. I would
recommend arriving to the home before dark if possible (especially if it’s your first
time driving there)... their directions were spot on, but those narrow roads beg to be
driven during the day. As for its location compared to Lucerne, it is outside the town
of Emmetten, about 30 minutes from Lucerne city center, and about 20 minutes
away from Alpnachtstad in case your plans include Mt Pilatus. So very centrally
located. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough... you won’t regret staying
there.

This place is a true blue Swiss countryside and an experience to have away from the
touristy circuits in Swiss land. The immensely rich experience of living in this little
village near Lucerne is a once in a life time experience. The house has warmth,
Svetlana and Florian are hands on with their guests with lots of suggestions to do
around. He is also an experienced paragliding pilot and if you love adventure sports
you must definitely fly with him. I wish them the best. The only thing you should be
aware of is the house is a little away from the main village it is based in. You might
not find public transport connected to the house, so if you are coming without your
private vehicle you should make him aware and will arrange for drops to the village.
In my opinion the walk from the house to the village is a fun one and unless you
have luggage, you will love to walk around.

Tolle Sicht in die Berge und auf den See, sehr idyllisch gelegen. Gute aber schmale
und teils steile Strasse. Komfortable, stilvolle und gemütliche Ausstattung. Sehr
sauber und gut unterhalten. Sehr sehr nette Gastfamilie, mit vielen Extras, die auch
einen längeren Aufenthalt attraktiv machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is the best place I stayed in my 43 days in roaming in Europe across countries,
Florian and Svetlana treats us like one of the family member, explained everything
clearly and when we arrived picked us from the bus stop.. this is in a farm house with
breath taking swizz lush green views and the Lucern lake, views of the mountains..
this place deserves 7 stars rather than 5, both of them looked after for us during our
stay. I also took a tandem flight with Florian and it was funtastic, he is highly
professional and experienced pal - recommends anyone visiting Lucerne/Emmetten
to take this extra special place, felt like you stayed in real Switzerland (rather than
yet another apartment) - 7 stars from me..

Svetlana et Florian sont très accueillants et serviables! Le logement a beaucoup de
charme. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. La situation face au lac est idéale: le
paysage est magique et on est au calme! Pourtant la maison est rapidement
accessible de l'autoroute, pratique. Je vous recommande vraiment d'y passer vos
vacances!

Scenic location on the side of the mountains in Emmetten with breathtaking views of
the nearby mountains and Lake Lucerne, but the real winning characteristic of this
home is the hospitality of the owners. Svetlana and Florian are both very welcoming
and helpful in finding outdoor activities available in the area. A delicious local farm to
table style breakfast is available each morning. The place is appropriately furnished
and sized well enough to fit six people in total. The outdoor activities available
nearby during winter or summer are endless. I highly recommend paragliding and
letting Svetlana and Florian know if you are interested. Overall, I would stay here any
time I come back to the area and I definitely plan on it.

Excellent place! Just follow Google maps and you’ll get there just fine. We read
about treacherous roads and so forth but that is not true at all! The roads wind
around a bit but Google maps will take you there easily! This was the most
spectacular spot on EARTH that we have ever seen. GO! GO! Everything is
completely renovated and brand new inside. PERFECTION! And did I mention the
hosts at all!? You will love them too! I can promise you will absolutely love it! Thanks

Absolutely gorgeous views and amazing hosts. We felt like part of their family. The
house is beautiful little place perfect for families or lone travellers. Don’t forget to try
Svetlana’s homemade yogurt! Florian offered paragliding and our kids LOVED that
experience. Highly recommended place and hosts!

Fantastic hosts! I typically avoid staying places where the hosts are living there with you,
even if there are no shared spaces, but was attracted to Svetlana and Florian's due to the
location and the possibility of paragliding with Florian. You are staying on the first floor and
have everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, lounge and living area, and
they are living on the second floor. Any concerns were quickly dispelled when we arrived as
we were greeted warmly and Svetlana showed us around the place. They are clearly proud of
their place, taking the time to even give us a little history lesson (the house is around 400
years old!). We stayed over Christmas, and were pleasantly surprised to see Svetlana had
decorated a Christmas Tree for us, and even added the personal touch of putting on some
ornaments from our country! In addition to this, Svetlana and Florian gave us a present on
Christmas Eve, including a delicious bottle of wine, and Svetlana's home-made marmalade.
Svetlana and Florian were respectful of our privacy but always available if we had any
questions. They were also great company and we spent a good hour and a half just chatting
on our final night. I also recommend guests take up the paragliding option. Florian is clearly
very skilled and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. He also takes some great
pictures on the GoPro while you are flying so you can just focus on enjoying the experience.
All in all, it was a pleasure to stay with these two, and it was hard to leave. I thoroughly
recommend this place to others, as I know they have some improvements in store that will
make it even better!
